Cold Thai Salad

Alright so unless you live some what close to me you have no concept of how insanely hot the next 3 days are about to be and probly don't care lol. I will spare you the whining, but it led to me wanting to make something easy cold and refresghing to toss in the fridge and eat over the next few days cause it's too hot to want to use the oven. Of course we are putting in air conditioners this weekend after the heat wave is over!

It lead me to finding this recipe for a cold thai salad. I made it tonight and let me tell you it was SO DELICIOUS!!!! I felt I needed to share the recipe with you guys cause it is now my new favorite summer salad and so easy !

Cold Thai Salad

What you need:

-250g or 8 ounces of medium width vermicelli noodles
-1/3 cup fresh lime juice ( I had enough with 2 large limes)
- 1/4 cup each of ketchup and canola oil (I used sunflower oil)
-2 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp sugar
- 3 cups cooked chicken slicked or shredded ( I used a mix of chicken and shrimp)
-1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 1/2 cups mix of shredded carrots, celery and red pepper
-1/4 cup each chopped cilantro, green onions and chopped peanuts
- lime wedges on the side

Cook noodles, drain and run under cold water to cool.
Wisk together lime juice, ketchup, oil, soy sauce and sugar.
Toss carrots, red pepper and bean sprouts in noodles then add dressing and toss to coat.
Top with onion, cilantro and peanuts and squirt of lemon

I promise you will love it! Hope everyone out east makes it through this nasty heat wave!

Romper, Florals, White Trash & Summer fun!

I have fallen in love with Rompers and Florals...Soo clearly a mix of the two is pure magic to me. Last week I got all cute to go out on my first outing since my surgery I wore my magical new floral romper here is picture evicence(though it more clearly shows I have huge tits rather then the fact that I am wearing a romper but wtv)

I have dark hair now incase you kids are like who the fuck is that imposter lol. It was super dead from so much bleaching so I  went dark and hacked a bunch off to let it get back to nice soft magical hair. It will soon be lucious and magical long extentions, pictures clearly to follow in the near future...

I also finaly found a dress for a wedding I have to go to in July, one guess what the pattern is....

I'm clearly addicted...

For years I have been dubbed The White Trash Princess sooooo I thought it was only fitting I get this rad patch for my new denim vest...


So stoked for it to get here!!

I'm going back east in July for two weeks on vacation and I can barely wait to see all my awesome friends and family! Then in August I am going to Seattle with almost all my best GF's!! So stoked for the summer!!! What are you guys excited for this summer?? Vacations, road trips, concerts???

The Princess has found her Prince!!

Yep thats right this little lady is engaged!!!






































































Wedding pictures coming soon teheehe. Sorry I've been MIA just been busy working lots and planning a wedding and being the extra girly girl wedding planning can bring out in a person lol.

I'm pretty stoked on my ring he did a good job! The amethyst is his birthstone, how cute is that. I am having his ring specialy made and it will have my birthstone set into it as well. Were such cheesy fuckers lol.

While Nathan was here we had a pretty rad time eve got our two pale asses out to the beach lol here is proof:





























































































We went with my parents and the other end of the beach was a nudie beach so it was interesting to say the least but a rad day all together! My mom was like the paparazi sneak attacking us with photos. She found it pretty amusing to watch two smokers try and blow up beach toys lol.

We also had an epic movie night. We decided to hit up the Walmart 2 for $10 dvd bin and this is what we came up with:















































Encino Man is an obvious choice. But Death Race 2000, lemme tell you if you haven't seen it you have to, total 70's b movie magic lol. Get in on that! Nathan had never even heard of it so it was a must!

Well it's 3:30 am and I just kinda woke up and couldn't fall back to sleep but I think it's that time again for me to head off to dream land. Hope all has been well with you guys and I promise to keep this up better then I have been so check back soon times for a new blog!

Ghosts & Fire

I'm a ghost! lol this is how I stay so pale... Day on the beach with my parents and some other family.

















The day after that picture was taken, the city I live in broke out in wildfires. We live in a valley in the mountains. This is the first one that started and we could see out our kitchen window:

































That second image was taken not even 20 mins after the first one so you can imagine how fast the fires spread. It's been three days now and there are two other large fires that have started.

We are now in the middle of a triangle of there very large scale forest fires EPPP! They have been burning for 4 days now. It's kinda scary, we were told to pack bags in case we are evacuated. Luckily Im still at home!

All you can hear is planes flying over 24/7 to drop waters on the fires. Over 15 000 people where I live have been evacuated from their homes :(.

As of now there is no rain in the forcast and the hot dry weather we are having is only fueling the fires that are growing larger in size ever day. Not looking very promising lol
